Processing
Once we recieve your order, it takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekend, and National Holidays). The processing time is seprate from the time it takes for the shipment to reach it's final destination. After processing is complete, you will recieve a tracking number. USPS will update the tracking number once they recieve the package.
Shipping
Orders take 5-7 business days for standard shipping. All orders are shipped with USPS. To ensure that your package arrives on time, please make sure all address information is correct and relevant. Voin RED is not responble for stolen, lost or incorrect address. We no longer have control of the packege once it's in the hands of USPS.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts through 30 days after order is recieved (excluding weekends or national holiday). Returns/ Exchanges are not made until we recieve the item at our station. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging.
